Terms and conditions
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms govern purchases made at swi-tec.com. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any provision that might restrict them.
1. Seller
NEVETA NÁUTICA, S.L. (SWI-TEC), Spanish tax number ES B07651474, Polígono 9, Apt. 51, E-07680 Porto Cristo (Mallorca), Spain. Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca: PM 21.253. Contact: info@swi-tec.com · +34 971 82 24 26.
2. Scope, products and availability
These terms apply to consumers and business customers. Consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by the law applicable in their country of residence. Essential product characteristics are shown on each product page. All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform the customer and promptly refund any amount charged for it.
3. Prices, taxes and customs
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final total are displayed before confirmation. Deliveries outside the European Union may incur import taxes, customs duties or handling charges payable by the recipient unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
4. Ordering and contract formation
- The customer selects products and reviews the cart.
- The customer enters billing and delivery details, selects delivery and payment, and can correct the information before confirming.
- Checkout displays the total price and requests acceptance of these terms.
- Submitting the order is an offer to purchase. The automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt but is not acceptance.
- The contract is concluded when SWI-TEC sends an express order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
The order and confirmation are stored electronically and sent by email. Registered customers can also access orders from their account. Contracts may be concluded in English, Spanish or German.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed by secure payment providers. If authorisation is refused, the order cannot be processed. SWI-TEC does not store full card details.
6. Delivery
Destinations, charges and estimated times are shown before confirmation and on the shipping costs page. Risk passes to a consumer when the consumer or a designated third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession. Reporting visible transport damage promptly helps us pursue the carrier and does not affect statutory rights.
7. Right of withdrawal
Subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from physical receipt of the goods. Send an unequivocal statement before the deadline to the postal address above or info@swi-tec.com. A model form may be used but is not mandatory. The right does not apply, among other statutory exceptions, to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
8. Returns and refunds
After withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless SWI-TEC agrees otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise. SWI-TEC refunds payments received, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days of notice. We may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or evidence of return. The same payment method is used unless otherwise agreed, at no cost to the consumer.
The consumer is liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Original packaging is recommended to protect the return but is not required to exercise withdrawal.
9. Statutory conformity guarantee
Products are covered by the applicable statutory conformity guarantee. For consumers in Spain, SWI-TEC is liable for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery. Subject to statutory requirements, the consumer may request repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination. Any commercial warranty is additional and does not restrict statutory rights.
10. Liability and product use
SWI-TEC is liable under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights where prohibited by law. Products must be used and installed according to their instructions and safety warnings.
11. Personal data
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Statement. Cookie preferences can be changed through “Manage cookies” in the footer.
12. Governing law and disputes
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Consumer jurisdiction is determined by applicable law, normally at the consumer's domicile. For business customers, where permitted, the parties submit to the courts at SWI-TEC's registered office.
Please contact info@swi-tec.com before bringing a claim. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025, so no link to it is provided.
13. Applicable version
The applicable version is the one accepted when the order is placed. Updates apply only to future purchases and not retroactively to confirmed orders.
